POI: Commander Ryder

A well decorated military Tathanite, assigned to the Military protection of Senatus. Previously disgraced as a Commander due to multiple Court Martialling, the resurfacing of Terrence the Badger has lead to Commander Ryder being reinstated as a Senatus Commander with full privileges. Known for his unorthodox methodology, violent nature and respect for the chain of command Commander Ryder has come to the Nexus to protect the Senate.
