POI: Dr Mutt

A Psibot scientist, Dr Mutt has recently risen through the ranks of Soupcorp in a meteoric fashion. Known for his lack of restraint in scientific growth, Dr Mutt has pioneered the creation of multiple superheroes, villains and particularly cool Psibots.

Having been called upon by the League of Justice to arm people in the upcoming Ceaseless war, his motivations are unclear and mildly concerning at best.
